WINTERIZATION REMINDER

 This is a reminder to ALL RESIDENTS. If you do not live in the village full time we strongly suggest that you have your water shut off. There is a form located to request service. By shutting off your water for winter this can potentially stop any pipes breaking or leaks on your property.  Please keep in mind that if a leak is found on your property it is the RESIDENTS responsibility to pay for the water usage.  This is in the BY LAWS. on page. Please be careful and vigilant. Not only for the sake of your own property but for the whole community.  Lastly, It is also the responsibility of the resident to keep your meter clear of any debris. For those who do live here full time it is still a good idea to winterize as best you can to prevent any damage.
